Regarding Period: Are you on birth control would be first question. Has this happen to you in past? Have you changed dosage on BCP. Depending on age of patient, this can either be an endocrinolocal issue of GYN etiology, can represent a possible neoplastic issue. If patient is older, could be a possible sign of menopause. Also, emblematic of a uterine pathology.
