Stay well-hydrated: Dizziness and spots before your eyes when first getting up could be related to not drinking enough water (caffeinated beverages don't count) on a regular basis. Stay well-hydrated, drink 8 glasses of water daily (for people with healthy kidneys and heart), and try sitting up first for a 15-30 seconds, then dangle your feet over the bed for a few more seconds, then standing.

Probably not eyes: Sounds like orthostatic hypotension. You are dehydrated and your blood pressure drops when you get up quickly. Since you are young your body is adjusting quickly. Drink more fluids during the day and see if this helps. Good luck.
