You would need: To see a healthcare provider for proper examination and diagnosis. Any rash or skin irruption's is very difficult to diagnose without direct examination. I would not advise you to self diagnose. However tapering off your Zoloft (sertraline) slowly over a couple of weeks should you choose to do so yourself is a safe Way to stop that medicine, not to quit cold turkey.
