Probably get tested: Such an exposure carries virtually no risk for HIV, assuming the condom was properly used and did not break. From a medical or risk standpoint, no testing is necessary. But since you're obviously worried, probably you should be tested for the reassurance you will get. If you are not otherwise at risk, you definitely can expect a negative result.
