Fever: Fever for 3 weeks should be taken seriously and should be further evaluated. She should wither see her OB or primary physician.

7 wks with fever: She definitely needs to call her OB and let her know that this has been ongoing. 1-2 days of a fever is not concerning but 3 weeks of a fever needs to be evaluated and the pregnancy needs to evaluated as being viable. Please call your doctor tomorrow.
