None: Retin-A and similar medications are not over-the-counter in the U.S. They require a doctor's exam and prescription. Some cosmetics and OTC creams use retinol, which is a type of vitamin A, maybe because manufacturers think using the word "retinol" may sell more creams than using the word "vitamin A."
