On march 14th, i had vertigo while waking up. diagnosed as bppv & did epley. found improvement. after some days, again came with lesser intense. why?

Why not?: Vertigo can be chronic and intermittent. The Epley maneuver is not necessarily curative. You may have to do it regularly; or, the vertigo may go away and not come back after the next time, with or without the Epley maneuver. As long as the vertigo is not disabling (which it can be), be satisfied that you can keep it under control with simple expedients like the Epley maneuver.
