Flu can be tough: Indeed, some patients say when they catch the flu it's like being run over with a steam roller! A hallmark of the disease is the malaise and 'wiped out' feeling -since it is really a vicious virus. All the more reason to get vaccinated to prevent the flu. Maybe as well you need to take better care of yourself? More sleep, no tobacco/alcohol etc. If you're not better soon, see a doctor to make sure
