Gonorrhea: I am curious about the sixteen years. Disseminated gonorrhea attacks the joints and the brain. But, untreated gonorrhea can persist for some time.

It can: If it was not treated initially then the infecton caused by nesseria can disseminate to most areas of the body and cause infections. I see no reason why you could not get a bullae or papule there. Best to check this with infectious disease physician.

Disseminated GC: Disseminated gonococcal infection is the spread of infection to sites other than the genitals—joints, skin, heart, or blood. Complications include: fever; cellulitis; sepsis ( infection in bloodstream); arthritis (most often knees & hands;infection & inflammation of heart valves heart chambers (endocarditis); infection of fluid & tissues around brain & spinal cord (meningitis). Buboes r possible.
