It sounds like you: are overmedicated and the Diltiazem is causing an excessively low blood pressure. You need to contact your health care professional and get reevaluated for different therapy. Either pharmacological or interventional. See an electrophysiologist as WPW is curable with EP study and ablation obviating the need for drugs.
