Probably not.: Diltiazem is a calcium channel blocker and is not usually associated with a cough. ACE inhibitors such as enlapril, lisinopril and captopril have a significant side effect with a cough. Angiotensin Converting Enzyme drugs cause a chemical reaction in the lungs by blocking the conversion of angiotensin 1 to angiotensin 2. Look for other factors like reflux causing the cough. Good luck.
