Very unlikely: It would be rare for a woman to go through ovarian failure at your age. I suspect it could be due to other causes such as hormonal fluctuations, or pms. Take ibuprofen for pain and plenty of hydration. If symptoms persist, see GYN Best Wishes Dr M
