Yes if a history: If there is colon cancer in the family, you are more susceptible to also get colon cancer but if you have regular colonoscopies and somethigh is detected early you can be fine.

Hirschsprung: You may have a mild form of this disease which usually affects infants. This is hereditary. Diagnosed by biopsy which shows missing nerve plexus in the muscular layer of intestine.
