How does reynaud's work? what is it in the body that causes blood to stop to hands and make them cold/blue, but then come back in and make hot/red?

Raynauds: It is constriction of the blood vessel that causes the cold and blue and when you reward the vessel dilates causing the red hot Most people do not have circulation problems it's more to do with regulation and dilating blood vessels that are feeding central essential organs and constricting to the periphery toes finger tips

Hands usually cold, then one or several fingers get red hot (no pain). Raynauds? Erythromelalgia? Seems to be worse since started Ritalin (methylphenidate). Related?
