No: It is not normal to have positive occult blood in stool although some foods can cause this see this link https://labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/fecal-occult-blood/tab/sample/ Ibuprofen can cause bleeding in stomach and positive occult blood. Prilosec sometimes helps if the source of bleeding is in the stomach. You should repeat the test and see your doctor for further instructions
