It's possible.: Pregnancy occurs in patients that have had tubals. It is important you take a pregnancy test because if positive there is an increased chance of a tubal pregnancy. Which can be life threatening. See your doctor immediately. If the test is negative. The headache could be from undiagnosed migraines, hypertension, etc. If it is "the worst headache of your life" you should quickly go to the ER.
