?? vasovagal syncope: I am not sure what you mean by rotation, but a person can faint when they are stressed due to increased stimulation of the vagus nerve which slows the heart beat. This is quite common, but it is always important to evaluate for seizure (EEG) and EKG (heart rhythm prob) which are more serious and need Rx. At times, excitement and adrenaline release can cause leuks to be high, also infection.
