Some STDs, not HSV: Certain STDs could do this, especially chlamydia or gonorrhea. But not herpes. If you are concerned about having genital herpes but have not had obvious genital outbreaks (blisters, sores), ask your doctor about possibly doing a blood test for HSV2.
