Yes: Hepatitis C can be spread from a women to a man through intercourse. Fortunately, the risk of transmission in this situation is low. It has been estimated that the risk of transmission is about 2.5% with a long-term partner over 20 years. Use of LATEX condoms (not other types of condoms) is an effective way to bring make this risk even lower. Best wishes!
