Doctor say that azithromycin can help my posterior blepharitis the whole 5 days , but the pharmacist insists that only 3 days is necessary is that ok ?

No, unfortunately: The dispute has to be settled amongst the prescriber and the pharmacist. The pharmacist role is to recommend, but still the precriber is responsible, if he/she precribed 5 days, then it is meant to be 5 days, call your doctor for clarification, good luck
