Need More Info: Total Chol of 7.1 mmol/L=274 mg/dL (for us Americans). That is generally considered a high value, with guidelines generally recommending levels of <6 ( 230) with no risk factors & <5.2 (200) if any risk factors & lower with some risk factors. However, if your HDL (good) chol is high or Trig are high this could be effecting these #'s & what if anything needs to be done. Need breakdown & history!
