Hair Growth: Growing thick and healthy hair depends on many factors including sleep, stress, diet, metabolic health, hormonal balance, environment, genetics, exposure to toxins, happiness, etc. To properly assess your situation and obtain the best approach for your case I suggest you consult with a clinician. Healthy haur: For healthy hair growth: Get adequate sleep, avoid excess sugar & fat in diet, v carbonated beverages, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (but don't over- do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (think kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (think walnuts) and vitamin E (fruits & vegetables). Don’t use overly hot water or harsh shampoos.
