After that Let the Wise Woman within you ask: • If you have depression, anxiety, blackouts, DUI • Need to see Psychiatrist for Alcohol use, Tolerance, or Dependence ; Therapy for stresses in life • AA Meetings

Yes it's safe: But if you are taking narcotics I would wait till you finish. Also only if it's Makers Mark :)
