Probably not: The last day of your period is not a high risk time to get pregnant. Sperm usually don't hang around long-enough to be there when ovulation occurs. I wouldn't say the risk is zero but it is very low. Part of the problem is that most women don't really know when they ovulate and sometimes the body plays games like ovulating early or late.
