Acid reflux : 24 M has arm jaw and abd pain asks if it could be acid reflux. ANS: yes as well as perhaps 100 other things. So you need to see someone who will ask a lot more questions, do a careful exam, perhaps order a few tests and then if it is likely it is acid reflux give u meds and tell you to put the heard of your bed on 8 inch blocks. Let us know what you find out.
