See your doctor.: Their are many potential causes of pelvic pain and the only way to be sure of the source would be to have an exam with your doctor and possibly a pelvic ultrasound. Sounds like symptoms consistent with an ovarian cyst. If your symptoms become severe before your appointment then you may need to go to the emergency room. Hope this helps.
