2yr old hit head on floor,arm twitched 2x in 1st 12hrs,never again.2x dr visits say all ok.should i worry?was it coincidence?what should i look for?

Mechanism? : What was the mechanism of the fall? Did this twitching happen while falling asleep? Was his neurologic exam normal in his physicians office? Look for vomiting and altered mental status for that particular time of day. I hope this helps!
