Are there blood tests that can tell you for sure if you have cancer?

Usually no: Blood tests can definitely identify certain cancers, such as leukemias and some lymphomas, and they can strongly suggest other cancers if certain tumor "markers" are present in elevated concentrations. Most cancers are not detectable by blood tests, however, and are not even suggested by them.
