No relationship: Masturbation does NOT cause strokes. But there are indeed many reasons for strokes to occur, and you not only need to uncover cause, but also be preventatively treated to avoid another, even though it has been 6 yrs.

It is possible...: It depends on the stroke type and your underlying risk factors. Certainly, heart rate and blood pressure increase slightly during sexual activity, and lower shortly afterward. Rupture of cerebral aneurysm has been associated physical exertion, including intercourse—and orgasm alone has been associated with at least one case of cerebral artery dissection. Smoking, hypertension, etc. increase risk.
