What can i do if my periods lately are much lighter than i usually experience. is this perimenopause?

One possible reason: Perimenopause doesn't usually start until a woman is in her late 30s or 40s. However changes in your period can also be caused by other hormonal changes, such as thyroid problems, ovulatory problems, or others. By itself lighter periods are not a sign of health problems.

It could be: If they continue to lighten, there are blood tests for confirmation.
