Alcohol overuse: Talk with your doctor about how much you're drinking. There are several ways to help you decrease your drinking to safe levels or to discontinue it altogether, including meds and therapy depending upon what’s driving your behavior. Good luck!

Get help if needed: The fact you are asking this question here leads me to assume that you have tried on your own and have not been successful. I also see you are being treated for anxiety/depression with Prozac (fluoxetine). I would talk about your alcohol issues with the prescriber, and if needed get a referral to a counseling center that works with people with alcohol problems. You already know its not good for you-good luck
