Yes: Sex should not be painful. Try using a lubricant like K-Y jelly. Overusing the jelly will not do any harm. If that does not help, you should see a doctor for an evaluation. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
