Get a new boyfriend?: First, i don't know why you were told to have sex prior to your next appointment, other than to perhaps keep the vagina in a condition that will allow for normal sexual activity. How long ago was the tear? From a physical standpoint, you could simply utilize dildos or vibrators to get the same implied effect. I wonder if the doc said that you 'could' have sex, not that you 'had' to do so?
