Exercise: The truth is that nobody can do prospective controlled studies. What we do know from the last decades' worth of big studies is that despite all the hoopla and shouting and wildly conflicting advice -- largely from vegetarians with agendas -- folks on different diets don't seem to differ significantly in mortality or any category of disease. I suggest you stay physically fit and eat sensibly.
