You may be able: to do that if you do Virtual Consult with me or any provider on here. Most skin rashes require visual inspection but sometimes the clinician needs to touch it as well. And of course certain rashes appear in places where the sun doesn't shine and therefore can be difficult to diagnose via webcams. But if it's in an easily visualized location, it should be okay.
