Question the diagnos: If you truly have "food allergies" how does this affect you? Are you sure you have food allergies? Which foods? Can you avoid these foods? Do you have celiac disease, lactose intolerance, hives? Headaches in the afternoon is not a food allergy. Explore all this with a Dr.
