Is 20mg of lexapro (escitalopram) a huge dose? i'm a pretty big guy, 6'2 185lbs. i've been on it for a few weeks, but worried will be hard to get off down the line.

No, it is : Not a very large dose, but it is the max dose for daily dose. It is still a very common dose used for patient. Therefore, you should be fine.
