A member asked:

What would cause nausea (no vomiting) and fast heart beating?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Your heart responds: Your heart will respond to stress of any type by beating faster. If you're unwell with nausea, your heart will perceive that you under physiologic stress and respond by increasing cardiac output by quickening its rate. It's a normal mechanism, not part of the problem.
