Count the calories: Roti prata is a bread-type food, with oils and whatever other ingredients one desires to put in. Whether or not it is fattening depends on whether or not a person is eating more calories than he needs or wants. If a person is at a great weight eating 1800 calories a day, and then adds a roti prata every day, but doesn't do anything else to burn off the extra calories, then it would be fattening.
