Very very low!: The correct name for the amoeba that causes the amoebic meningoencephalitis is naegleria fowleri. It is quite rare and since it usually leads to death within 5 days I think that we can safely assume that you have not contracted it. Odds are: extraordinarily low considering that there have only been 143 case-reports of Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis caused by Naegleria fowleri through out the United States between 1962 and 2016.
