Very very low!: The correct name for the amoeba that causes the amoebic meningoencephalitis is naegleria fowleri. It is quite rare and since it usually leads to death within 5 days I think that we can safely assume that you have not contracted it. You can check the Web for more info but it would be just to satisfy your curiosity.

Odds are: extraordinarily low considering that there have only been 143 case-reports of Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis caused by Naegleria fowleri through out the United States between 1962 and 2016.
