Possible ...: Without more info on detailed sequence of events of all symptoms (Sx) + direct look at, it is hard to give right diagnosis -Dx, but clinically, these may present intermittent flare-up of tiny sebaceous cysts or atopic dermatiitis (eczema) or skin fungal infection, etc., which may evolve and change, but recur with possible worsening. Care: Avoid scratch if possible, apply antifungal - steroid cream
