Doubt it: frankly I suspect anemia is a more likely cause; there are several correlational studies to support this. Furthermore, it is easy to see how lower iron and anemia could tirgger a change in the tone of vessels... leading to migraine.

No: There is no data to suggest ferrous sulfate have the effect you describe.
