6 weeks pregnant, cramping and back pain for a week now. no bleeding, just white discharge. is this normal?

Probably normal if: If you have had an early pregnancy/pelvic sonogram which confirmed the location and viability of your pregnancy, your "cramping and back pain" are not unusual and may be attributed to the rapid development of your embryo and the growth of your uterus. These symptoms will usually subside spontaneously in days to weeks. If you did not have an ultrasound yet, it would be useful to request one.
