Miscarriage: A lot of my patients have spotting in the first part of the pregnancy. It is a warning sign that you may have a miscarriage. However, it doesnt absolutely mean you will end up miscarrying. A ob US will reveal how the fetus is doing, the location of the placenta and how your cervix appears.
