Can there be another way to test for diabetes then a blood test?

Urine test: Blood tests are more accurate and more reliable. Sugar does spill into urine but only when a person has full blown daibetes with blood sugar levels in excess of 200mg. So urine test can be a screening test but not for early diabetes which requires chrecking your blood sugar levels fasting and or after eating.
