Many: While they don't diagnose diabetes, there are many glucose monitoring meters and strips available in your local drug store. If your sugar tests higher than normal fasting (less than 104) or more than 200 at any time of the day, you need to be checked for diabetes or at least pre diabetes. Get a head start by diet, exercise and weight loss now. Don't wait. There are also a1c test kits available.
