Neuropathy: Sometimes nerve impingement can cause back pain and sharp shooting pain radiating to the back of your legs and thigh. Try doing stretches, warm compresses and see if this resolves. if pain persists and involves multiple area, see your doctor for a full assessment Best wishes Dr M
