UTI? Herpes??: Maybe a urinary tract infection (UTI), also maybe an underlying problem with your bladder, obstruction in your urethra, etc. Having to strain to urinate is never normal, especially at age 25, and bleeding should never occur with urination, even with severe straining. Problems like this can lead to UTI, so it all may be connected. Or maybe new genital herpes, if at risk for STD. Get care ASAP.
