Nocturia: Nocturia refers to frequent nightly peeing that interrupts sleep. While you're a bit young, enlarged prostate (more common in older men) can cause this, or be aggravated by over-the-counter antihistamines & decongestants. Perhaps your Cardiologist gave you a water pill that's supposed to make you urinate. If so, ask about taking in AM rather than PM. Bottom line, chat w/your Family Doc & Cardiolog
