Abdominal pain : There are several causes for right lower quadrant abdominal pain in a female. Pregnancy needs to be ruled out as an ectopic can present with pain there. Other ovarian causes such as torsion, ruptured cyst, infections etc. Colitis or inflammation of the colon is also possible. Imaging such as a CT would be helpful for diagnosis.

Many things, such as: Crohn's disease, kidney or bladder stone/infection, Meckel's diverticulitis, foreign body perforation, cecal diverticulitis, cancer, ulcerative colitis, hernia, constipation, or even simple gastro-enteritis or constipation. In women, pain can come from ovarian problems also.
